1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the mlwb platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date — providing false information will result in account cancellation. Each user may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility and it must not be shared with any third party. After registration, we may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification.
2. Betting Rules & Conditions
Before placing a bet on mlwb, carefully read the specific rules for each event, as different rules may apply for different sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, so make sure of your decision before placing a bet. The minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary across markets and the displayed limits must be strictly followed. mlwb reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. For live betting, mlwb will not be held liable for any missed bets resulting from a loss of internet connection.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Mlwb supports only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 — we reserve the right to change these amounts. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, though delays may occur if the verification process is not complete. Funds are not sent to third-party accounts; withdrawals will only be made to the registered user's own mobile banking account. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to hold funds and conduct an investigation.
4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
Before using any bonus or promotional offer on mlwb, you must carefully read the relevant terms, as each offer has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will remain locked in your balance until the specified wagering conditions are met. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts from the same household or the same device will result in all benefits being forfeited. mlwb reserves the right to modify, cancel, or temporarily suspend any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, mlwb's decision shall be considered final.
5. Account Security & Privacy
Protecting your account security is your own responsibility — use a strong password and change it regularly. Sharing your login credentials with anyone, known or unknown, is prohibited, and mlwb will not be held liable for any resulting loss. If you notice any unauthorized login or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Your personal information will be stored and protected in accordance with mlwb's privacy policy. We will never ask for your password via email or phone — any such communication may be fraudulent.
6. Responsible Gaming & Age Restrictions
Mlwb firmly believes that gambling should be for entertainment purposes only and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. Use of our platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and we enforce strict age verification measures. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
If evidence of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is found, mlwb may immediately suspend or permanently close any account. Upon account closure, illegally obtained funds may be confiscated and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary. Users may also voluntarily request to close their account at any time — please contact our support team to do so. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before an account is closed; however, funds under investigation may be blocked. Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance charge.
8. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions
Mlwb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered users will be notified of any significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the last update will be shown at the top of the page. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali language version shall take precedence and mlwb's interpretation shall be considered final.
